Construction companies and builders

A website for your construction company that keeps up with your sites

A website for a construction company has one job: show the work and bring in serious enquiries. Creatin Web designs and builds yours with a project portfolio, service packages and a quotation request form.

Then your own team keeps it current from a dashboard and an Android app, in the office or standing on site. No developer, no waiting.

The problem

What goes wrong with most websites in this business

Your best work isn't on your website

Projects finish and new ones start, but the website still shows what you were building three years ago, because every change means calling whoever made it.

Enquiries arrive without the details

A bare contact form gives you a name and a number. You still have to call to learn the plot, the budget and when they want to start.

Buyers can't tell you apart

Someone comparing three builders looks for real photos, clear packages and the people behind the firm. Stock images and a brochure PDF give them nothing to go on.

Site photos stay in WhatsApp groups

Your engineers photograph every stage. Those photos would earn trust on your website, and they never get there.

The solution

What your Creatin Web website does about it

A portfolio that is always current

Add a project in minutes: name, location, status and photos. Move it from planning to ongoing to completed as the work goes on.

Quotation requests with the details filled in

Your quote form asks for the type of building, the budget, the timeline and the location. Each request lands in your inbox with a notification on your phone.

Packages customers can compare

Publish your packages with a price per square foot and what each one includes, and mark the one most customers choose.

Photos from site in a few taps

Open the app on site, take a photo and add it to the project or the gallery. It is on your website straight away.

Quotation requests inbox showing each visitor's name, budget, timeline, location and message
Quotation requests arrive with the plot type, budget, timeline and location already filled in.

What it doesn't do

The website collects quotation requests; it does not calculate estimates. You prepare and send your estimate the way you do today, with the customer's details already in front of you.

See it

Inside the dashboard

Real screens of the dashboard, filled with sample data. The business in them is not a real one.

Projects section of the dashboard with ongoing, planning and completed projects shown as photo cards
Projects: add one, set its status, upload photos. It appears on your website straight away.
Editing a project in the dashboard: a form with fields for the project's details and photos
Editing is a form, not code: fill in the fields and save.
Packages section listing three construction packages with a price per square foot each
Packages: your service tiers with prices, reordered with one click.
Team section listing team members with photo, role and a short profile
Team & leadership: the people behind the business, with photos and roles.

Questions

Questions from construction companies and builders

Can my site engineers add photos without seeing enquiries or billing?

Yes. Each staff member has their own sign-in, and you tick the sections they may use. A site engineer can be limited to Projects and Gallery and will see nothing else.

Can customers request a quotation on the website?

Yes. The quotation form asks for the type of building, the budget, the timeline and the location along with contact details. Each request arrives in your Quotation Requests inbox and you get a notification in the app.

Does the website work out the estimate automatically?

No. The website collects the request with the details you need. You prepare and send the estimate yourself, as you do today.

Can I show RERA numbers, approvals and specifications?

Yes. Every project has its own page, and you edit its details and description yourself, so registration numbers, approvals and specifications can be added and corrected whenever they change.

We already have a website. Can you rebuild it?

Yes. Share the address during the consultation. We look at what you have, agree what to keep, and rebuild it on Creatin Web. Your website keeps its domain name.
