NGOs, trusts and associations

A website for your organisation that shows the work and brings in support

Donors, volunteers and partners look for the same things: what you do, where, with what result, and how to help. Creatin Web designs and builds a website that says it plainly, with a dashboard and an Android app so your team posts a programme update or an event the day it happens.

Enquiries arrive marked as volunteer, donation or partnership, so the right person replies.

The problem

What goes wrong with most websites in this business

The website is a brochure from the founding year

Programmes have grown and changed, and the site still describes the first one.

Impact goes unreported

Numbers, stories and photos from the field reach a WhatsApp group and stop.

People who want to help can't find how

No clear way to volunteer, donate or partner, so the goodwill goes elsewhere.

The solution

What your Creatin Web website does about it

Programmes as projects with updates

Each programme with its purpose, location, photos and progress, updated from the field.

Events, press and the team

Drives, camps and fundraisers as events; media coverage; the trustees and the team.

A contact form for volunteers, donors and partners

The form asks how they want to help, with a notification on your phone.

Transparency in the open

Registration details, reports and policies in your own words, where a donor expects them.

Contact form inbox of a café dashboard listing messages from website visitors
Every message from your contact form, with the visitor's phone and email.

Your sections

What a website for ngos, trusts and associations usually has

Each one is a section of your dashboard and a part of your public website. They are chosen for your business when the site is built; a gallery, a blog, testimonials, SEO controls, analytics and staff accounts come with every site.

DashboardWebsite

What it does not do

There is no online donation payment and no volunteer management. Donors and volunteers enquire through the form; you share payment details and follow up the way you do now.

See it

Inside the dashboard

Real screens of the dashboard, filled with sample data. The business in them is not a real one, and not yours; the sections are the ones you would use.

Projects section of the dashboard with ongoing, planning and completed projects shown as photo cards
Projects: add one, set its status, upload photos. It appears on your website straight away.
Events and announcements section of a café dashboard listing upcoming events with dates
Events & announcements: what is coming up, with the date and time.
Team section listing team members with photo, role and a short profile
Team & leadership: the people behind the business, with photos and roles.
Blog editor in the dashboard with a title, web address and formatted article text
The blog editor: headings, lists, links and images, with a clean web address for every post.

Questions

Questions from ngos, trusts and associations

Can people donate on the website?

Not through the site itself. The website takes enquiries and can show your bank or UPI details and 80G information in your own words.

Can we publish annual reports?

Yes. Reports can be linked from the pages, and the blog is a good place for a summary with photos.

Can we show 80G and 12A details?

Yes, in your own words on the about or donate page, where a donor looks for them.

Can volunteers sign up for a specific drive?

They enquire through the form naming the drive; you confirm. There is no volunteer login or roster on the website.
