Service Delivery Policy

This policy explains how and when Creatin Web delivers its service after you sign up and pay. Creatin Web is a fully digital service operated by CREATIN GROUPS PRIVATE LIMITED; there is no physical product and nothing is shipped.

What we deliver

• A professionally designed and built website for your business, hosted by us and served on your own domain.
• A dashboard (at app.creatinweb.com) and a mobile app so you can update your website yourself.
• An account for you (and any staff you invite) to sign in to both.

How it's delivered

1. We agree what you need and send you a written quotation with your yearly plan and the scope.
2. Once you accept and pay for the first year, we create your account and begin building your website.
3. We set up your account under your email; you sign in with Google or a one-time code to your mobile — there is no password to manage.
4. We build and review the site, then connect your domain and take it live. You can edit it yourself from day one through the dashboard or app.
5. Everything is delivered online — access to the dashboard, app and live website. Nothing is posted or physically shipped.

Timelines

• Account access: your dashboard account is set up promptly after your setup payment, typically within [REVIEW: 1–2 business days].
• Website build and go-live: typically 1–2 weeks from when we have your content and details, depending on the size of the site and how quickly we receive what we need from you.
• Connecting your domain: once your site is ready and you point your domain to us, it usually goes live within a few hours, though domain/DNS changes can take up to 24–48 hours to take effect across the internet.

We will keep you updated on progress and tell you if anything will take longer.

Ongoing service

Your yearly fee keeps the website online, maintained and supported for the year ahead. It renews on your renewal date; see Terms of Service for what happens if a renewal isn't paid, and Refund & Cancellation Policy for cancellations.

Digital service

As Creatin Web is delivered entirely online, there is no shipping, courier or physical delivery, and no shipping charges. All access is provided electronically to the email and mobile number on your account.
