Manufacturers, wholesalers and exporters

A website for your manufacturing business with a catalogue you keep current

A buyer, a distributor or an importer looks for the same things: the products, the specifications, the certifications, and a way to ask for a quote. Creatin Web designs and builds a website with all of them, and gives your office a dashboard and an Android app to keep the catalogue current.

Quotation requests arrive with the product and the quantity, so the sales desk replies with a price, not a question.

The problem

What goes wrong with most websites in this business

The catalogue is a PDF from two years ago

New products, discontinued lines and changed specifications never make it to the website.

Certifications are not where buyers look

ISO, BIS, export registrations: buyers check for them, and they are in a file.

Quote requests lack the basics

A name and a number, then a call to learn the product, the quantity and the delivery location.

The solution

What your Creatin Web website does about it

A product catalogue with specifications

Products by category, with photos, specifications and, if you want, prices. Add or retire a product in a minute.

Quotation requests with quantity and location

The quote form asks for the product, the quantity, the delivery location and the timeline, with a notification on your phone.

Certifications, awards and press

Recognitions and registrations in one place, where a buyer sees them.

The company and careers

The team, the plant in a gallery, CSR initiatives, and job listings.

Quotation requests inbox showing each visitor's name, budget, timeline, location and message
Quotation requests arrive with the plot type, budget, timeline and location already filled in.

Your sections

What a website for manufacturers, wholesalers and exporters usually has

Each one is a section of your dashboard and a part of your public website. They are chosen for your business when the site is built; a gallery, a blog, testimonials, SEO controls, analytics and staff accounts come with every site.

DashboardWebsite

What it does not do

There is no online ordering, no dealer login, no inventory or ERP connection and no price list behind a login. The website presents the catalogue and takes quote requests.

See it

Inside the dashboard

Real screens of the dashboard, filled with sample data. The business in them is not a real one, and not yours; the sections are the ones you would use.

Products and services section of a café dashboard listing items with photo, price and an active switch
Products & services: each item with a photo and a price, switched on or off as stock changes.
Gallery section of the dashboard with an upload box and a grid of captioned photos
Gallery: upload a photo with a caption and it is on your website.
Team section listing team members with photo, role and a short profile
Team & leadership: the people behind the business, with photos and roles.
Activity log listing who changed what on the website and when
The activity log: who changed what, and when.

Questions

Questions from manufacturers, wholesalers and exporters

Can we show products without prices?

Yes. Each product can show a price, a range or none, and still take quotation requests.

Can distributors log in to see dealer prices?

No. There is no dealer login. Dealer pricing stays in your quotations and your usual channels.

Can we add new products from the factory?

Yes. The Android app adds a product with photos and specifications in a minute, and retires one the same way.

Can we show ISO certificates and major clients?

Certificates, yes, in the certifications section. Clients only with their permission; the website never invents a logo wall.
